This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy applies to memberships, recurring purchase options, booking credits, reservations, lessons, events, and other services purchased through 30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique.

Memberships & Recurring Purchase Options

30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique may offer annual memberships, monthly memberships, booking-credit packages, and other purchase options.

Memberships are individual, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed annually at the time of purchase. Annual membership fees are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Annual memberships may not be canceled mid-term for a partial refund. Membership benefits remain available through the end of the purchased membership term, subject to the membership details stated at the time of purchase.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are billed monthly and may require a minimum commitment period, as stated at the time of purchase.

For example, the 30A Mahjong Society Social Circle Membership requires a six-month commitment. During the initial commitment period, monthly billing will continue for the full commitment term.

After the required commitment period has been completed, members may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Booking Credits

Membership booking credits are for member use only and may not be transferred, shared, gifted, resold, or redeemed for cash.

Unused monthly booking credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in the membership description at the time of purchase.

Reservations, Lessons & Events

Reservations, lessons, camps, private events, ticketed events, and specialty experiences are subject to the cancellation terms stated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled reservation, class, or event may be eligible for rescheduling or studio credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation, class, or event are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Private Events

Private event deposits, room rentals, and custom event bookings are subject to the terms provided in the private event agreement or booking confirmation.

Custom events may require non-refundable deposits due to staffing, planning, setup, and reserved studio availability.

Boutique Merchandise

Boutique merchandise purchases are governed by our Return Policy. Certain items, including opened or used merchandise, custom items, digital products, sale items, and gift cards, may be final sale.

Gift Cards & Store Credits

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and may be used toward eligible purchases at 30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique.

Gift cards and store credits will be honored in accordance with applicable Florida law. Florida law generally prohibits expiration dates and post-sale fees on purchased gift certificates or credit memos, with limited exceptions.
