Thank you for shopping with 30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique. We thoughtfully curate every item in our boutique and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Boutique Merchandise Returns

Eligible boutique merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in like-new condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, accessories, and inserts included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • All Mahjong tiles, mats, racks, cards, accessories, or tabletop items
  • Custom, personalized, special-order, or limited-edition items
  • Digital downloads, printable products, and downloadable instructional materials
  • Gift cards
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items
  • Food, beverage, or perishable items
  • Event tickets, class bookings, memberships, and reservation fees, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Online Orders & In-Studio Pickup

At this time, online boutique purchases are offered for in-studio pickup only unless otherwise stated.

Returns must be completed in person at 30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique. We do not accept returns by mail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will work with you on a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Reservations, Classes, Events & Memberships

Reservations, classes, private events, ticketed events, camps, and memberships are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms stated at the time of booking.

Memberships are individual, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared.

Gift Cards & Store Credits

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and may be used toward eligible purchases at 30A Mahjong Studio & Boutique.

Gift cards and store credits will be honored in accordance with applicable Florida law.
