How to Use the The 30A Mahjong Society Booking Portal

We want your reservation experience to feel as seamless as your time at the table. To help you manage your Society play sessions, we have created a private booking portal where you can use your membership credits, book new play sessions, reschedule existing reservations, cancel reservations, and view upcoming bookings. First, join the 30A Mahjong Society and book your first three play sessions. Next, register for the 30A Mahjong Society Portal. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to log in directly to manage your bookings, view available sessions, and access your member information.

STEP 1: REGISTER FOR ACCOUNT

  1. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for your 30A Mahjong Society membership.
  2. Click Continue with Email.
  3. Check your email for the login link.
  4. Click the link and create your password.

Once you are inside the portal, the page may take a moment to load while your subscription information is being pulled into your account.

You will see three main tabs: Upcoming, Memberships, and Past.

HOW TO BOOK A PLAY SESSION

To book a new play session, go to the Memberships tab.

This is where you will make reservations using your membership benefits or booking credits. You will also be able to see how many sessions you have remaining for the current time period (#4.)

Click Book Next Session, and the reservation calendar will appear.

On the confirmation screen, you may go back and select a different date (#1)if needed and share any table preferences with us.

This step is OPTIONAL you do not need a group to play.If you have a group of ladies you would like to sit with, please include their names in the preference box. We will do our best to seat your group together and place a reserved sign on the table.

On the confirmation page you can Add the reservation to your calendar (Apple, Google or Outlook). You can also book another session from this page.

Upcoming tab - view all of your reservations

From this section, you may view your reservation date, see when the reservation was booked, add the reservation to your calendar, reschedule a reservation, cancel a reservation, or look for reservations on a specific date.
